Transfer WhatsApp Business between Android and iPhone

Prepare the Business account
Confirm which phone holds your WhatsApp Business conversations. Keep access to its phone number and save a current backup. Avoid starting a transfer during active customer conversations.
- Install Movapper on the Android phone involved in the move.
- Keep a backup of existing destination conversations too.
- Review the actual chats and media selected for migration.

Select WhatsApp Business and the direction
Choose the Business app type in the migration workflow, then choose Android to iPhone or iPhone to Android. Use the matching WhatsApp Business destination app and follow the corresponding direction guide.
- Business and standard WhatsApp are separate account types.
- If you are also changing app type or number, review that workflow separately.
- Do not infer that linked devices or third-party business integrations move with chat data.

Transfer and restore
Connect the phones using the prepared data cable. Follow the account, permission and data prompts. Finish the restoration inside destination WhatsApp Business after the app reports that transfer is complete.
- Use the merge mode if you need to preserve supported destination chat data; review its conditions.
- Keep both phones connected until the current step finishes.
- Verify customer chats and media on the destination before resuming work.

Check more than the conversation list
Open recent and older conversations and check attachments. Review business profile settings, linked devices and any operational tools separately, then make a new backup after verifying the result.
- Check that you can send and receive messages on the destination.
- Review account settings and integrations rather than assuming they were copied.
- Retain the old phone and backups until the new setup is ready.
